Reservation and Payment:
Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other methods as determined by Villa De La Tierra.
Rates and Taxes: Room rates are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as minibar purchases or room service, will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation and Modification:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, as outlined in the booking confirmation or on our website. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit or full payment.
Modification: Changes to reservation dates, room types, or other details may be permitted subject to availability and additional charges. Any modifications must be requested in writing and confirmed by Villa De La Tierra.
Guest Responsibilities:
Identification: All guests are required to present a valid ID or passport upon check-in. Failure to provide proper identification may result in refusal of accommodation.
Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow guests, staff, and property. Any behavior deemed disruptive, unlawful, or damaging to the property will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Damages and Losses: Guests are liable for any damages, losses, or theft of property caused by their negligence or misconduct during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's account.
Liability and Disclaimer:
Limitation of Liability: Villa De La Tierra shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with your stay, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, theft, or acts of nature.
Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villa De La Tierra, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our facilities or services.
Miscellaneous:
Force Majeure: Villa De La Tierra shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
